PREPARE TO DRIVE WITHOUT USING CELLPHONE

According to a news, the Massachusetts House have passed a bill by vote of 107 to 47, bans drivers from making cellphone calls without hands-free devices or without using earpieces. That bill stipulates that drivers could use their hands to dial and hung up the phone without a violation as long as they use an earpice or speakerphone during their calls. According to new bill, offenders would punish $100 to $500 fine and drivers who under 18 would have their licenses suspended 60 to 180 days. Nonetheless, some critics were thinking that this bill would against the communication freedom and they wouldn’t put the government even in the car. Washington and New Jersey have enacted laws last year banning the using of cellphone in cars along with Connecticut, California, New York and Columbia. In Turkey and in most of European country it is against the law using cellphone while driving. So, its distracting drivers, that is certain. I sponsore and endorse this bill. However it’s not finished yet. We have to wait the result of Massachusets Senate vote. Do you agree or disagree?
